“Good Hotel, decent prices”

“It’s a massive hotel in a fabulous location close to great tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, mostly . The problem I faced was while booking my airport pickup. The guest service executive answering my call promised to call back after speaking with the hotel cab service. She never did my booking and simply forgot. That was a shocker!”

“Good place to stay if you are in Gandhinagar. Staff is fabulous. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable”

“The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. ”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as well maintained. The property has a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was nice and polite. All in all very good experience 👍”
