Very nice place to stay. Close to the rail station and many great places to eat really close. Staff stored our bags when we arrived early and loaned us umbrellas. Room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the great staff fir making our stay most enjoyable.

When we got there the daytime duty staff at the reception desk (only one staff at the reception desk) was no where to be seen. Waited for a good 15 mins before we saw her coming out of the bathroom! Left our bags behind the reception as it was too early to check in. When we checked into the hotel that evening, the room was so dirty and dusty that we requested for a change of room. Luckily the nice night shift staff, Ms Kim was so accommodating and kind and changed us to a much nicer and cleaner room. Thanks Ms Kim. The hotel should have a back up staff at the reception.

The amount of noise distractions were ridiculous. A constant piano jingle you could hear in your room was like psychological torture. Then I endured the music from the lounge whilst going to bed. Then crashing and bashing both inside and out from about 5:30am. The building was hot and the room's AC struggled to keep up whilst located in a furnace. The place looked nice, but I advise caution with this hotel. Go somewhere else, everyone. I checked out and switched hotels - the first time in my life I have done so.

No frill hotel. Room and toilet areas are huge which was nice. The negative part, there are no hooks or rod in the toilet to hang anything. There are limited power sockets and there is no air con in the room, we asked the receptionist about it and we were advised that they off the central air con due to winter season and customers can buy their own fan if they feel warm.
