Staff was great! Lisa and Tony were wonderful; especially Tony with the best patience and customer care professionalism. With that being said, the villa was a bit outdated and yet well maintained. Peaceful and beautiful location, but it’s pretty far from shopping or convenient stores. What we liked the most was the beautiful beach, with only a short walk from our villa. The pool by the beach was nice n’ clean; but the only drawback was that there were no towels at the pool area for our convenience. All in all, our family had a great time at Ocean Suites nevertheless.

This place was perfect for a group of 4 adults and a 2 yr old: spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and Lily and Lisa were incredibly helpful and so efficient. We didn’t have to wait for anything. Housekeeping was also great. The place is generally away from the crowds which was what we wanted. Thank you so much.
