There was a heat warning when we stayed and the villa was comfortable and pool amazing. Close to beach which was quieter than other beaches. I would stay again. Lovely family run villa. Rooms clean with AC. Only been open one year. Closeto Hoi An and other sights.

The location is perfect, it's quiet and peaceful, and located near the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I added nights to my stay I loved it so much I didn't want to leave.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful organising transport for us, giving us advice on what to do in the area and even about places we have coming up on our trip. Honestly the kindest and friendliest team :) The rooms were really modern and spotless. The bed was really comfortable too!
