The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated throughout our stay. Our room was quite spacious, which was a plus, however it was not in the best condition and could definitely use some maintenance and updates. The bathroom and toilet layout was also not very practical, making it a bit inconvenient to use. The swimming pool area offers a lovely view. There are some safety concerns — there is a large gap between the pool and the fence, and without a proper barrier, it could be dangerous, especially for children. Overall, while the service was great, there are a few areas that need attention to improve comfort and safety.

We stayed for a week, booked through Expedia. There is no shuttle service to/from the airport available, despite what the write up says. The room we were given was an inside room...no windows at all. The room was clean but rudimentary. The breakfast buffet was edible, with a range of noodles and rice fruit and pastries. Coffee was horried, but there a several shops right outside the door. Location was brilliant, a block from the beach, with all kinds of shops and services available. Would definitely stay here again for the location, but I'd definitely ask for a room with a window next time.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, but unfortunately, my overall stay was horrible because of the cigarette smoke issue. I arrived late on my first night, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I barely got three hours of sleep. Before leaving the next morning, I went to the front desk and explained the situation and asked to change rooms. The smell would not go away, even with the AC running. Thankfully, the staff did not question me and immediately moved me to another room on a different floor. I appreciated how quickly they handled the request, and I ended up with an ocean-view room that initially seemed perfect — no cigarette smell at all. Unfortunately, the problem returned. Over the following days, the entire room would intermittently smell strongly of cigarette smoke. I eventually realized the smell appeared to be coming through the multiple vents. I tried turning off the AC and opening the windows, but unfortunately, nothing helped. At that point, I was hesitant to ask for another room because I was concerned I could end up in an even worse situation. What made this especially frustrating is that I had specifically booked a smoke-free room. This did not feel like an issue with a guest simply smoking in my particular room; it seemed much more like a problem with the hotel’s HVAC/ventilation system, where cigarette smoke from other rooms was being circulated into rooms that were supposed to be smoke-free. Very disappointing experience.

マイナス面:事前に充電用USBポートが部屋やロビーにあるかメールで問い合わせていましたが回答にし。対応に不満を持ったまま旅行スタート。実際USBポートは部屋にもロビーにも無く、準備して行って良かった。 プラス面:スタッフは皆さんとても素晴らしい。困ったことには解決案を提示してくれてとても良かった。

格安で文句無しのホテル

今回２年ぶりに2度目の滞在をしました。 格安ホテルなのに、部屋は綺麗だし、ベットは大きくて快適です。 また、立地もビーチまで徒歩5分ほどでかなり近く、ダナンではタクシーが安いのでタクシー移動になるかと思うのですが、タクシーがたくさん止まっている場所も近くにあり、移動にも便利です。 ドアマンもいて、そのドアマンが日本好きの方でカタコトの日本語を頑張って話してくれるなど、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 また泊まりたいです。

Convenient location and clean room. Shower and WC are in separate/independent glass cubicle whose glass panels are overlaid with non-see through film. There are many TV channels to choose from, though majority are either dubbed or in Vietnamese.

Great location. Right next to the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts on the same street. However, there are also lots of noisy & dusty constructions going on nearby. Avoid the second floor - there is no view.

서비스 룸컨디션 모두 안좋았습니다. 방에 들어서자 마자 담배냄세가 가득했으며 벽에는 페인트가 떨어지고 룸교환을 요청하였으나 창문도 없은 독방을 배정해주고 스텐다드만을 왜치며 두리안냄세가 가득한 방을 주었습니다. 로비에는 바퀴벌래 죽은것들이 있었으며 냉장고에는 끈적한 액체가 묻은것들이 있었습니다. 하우스 키퍼들은 안에 사람이 있음에도 카드키를 이용하여 마음대로 문을 여닫았으며 어떤 서비스도 기대하기 어려웠습니다. 현지 유심을 사용하여 휴대폰을 사용하였으나 위호텔에서는 잘 터지지도 않았고 와이파이 신호는 잘잡히나 와이파이 데이터사용은 불가하였습니다. 공항에 떠나기전 샤워만을 생각하고 방을 예약했음에도 이런 불만사항이 나오는걸 생각한다면 절대 숙박으로는 이용하지 않을 시설과 서비스 입니다. 그냥 만원더 내고 더좋은 호텔에서 머무시길 추천합니다.

The price is good but housekeeping was very poor. They never vacuum my room floor, never change my bed sheets and pillow cases during the 7 days stay. Always forgot to refill the toilet paper, tissue paper and the soap. The charged laundry service was not returned on time and all the clothes was dumped into a plastic bag after cleaning. All the clothes was wrinkled. The breakfast room was dirty, table mats were never washed. Food was good though.

가성비 매우매우 굳!

다른 후기에서 본 불친절함이나 청결 문제는 전혀 없었고 오히려 매우 친절한 직원분들과 깨끗함에 놀랐습니다. 사실 소규모 호텔이라 보안 등이 우려되었는데 전혀 문제 없었고요. 가격 대비 정말 좋은 숙소에서 편하게 묵었습니다. 단점이라면 수영장이 매우 작다는 것. 주변에 음식점이나 호텔들이 좀 있어서 장점이긴 하지만 아침마다 북적대는 소리로 강제 기상 시간이 당겨진다는 것. 그리고 안전금고가 바닥에 고정되어 있지않아 들고갈 수 있어 좀 불안했는데. 실제 그런 일은 일어나지 않았습니다. 다음에 다시 다낭에 가도 묵을 의향이 있어요.
