The villa is on a pretty quiet street and a walkable distance from the ocean or use one of the bikes they have there. Pool is small but deep enough and always clean. I paid $20 per night so can't complain, good value for a small price.

Ottima scelta. Ci tornerei

Bellissima esperienza presso questa Guest House a conduzione familiare posta nelle vicinanze della spiaggia di Hoi An. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono bici gratuite e scooter a noleggio. La colazione è ottima e va prenotata il giorno prima. La piscina presso la struttura è accogliente e ha reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole. A 5 minuti a piedi si trovano molti localini sulla spiaggia che offrono cibo di ottima qualità a prezzi convenienti. Ottima scelta per la tua vacanza a Hoi An.
