Our stay at the Rosemary Hoi A was nothing short of amazing. Front of house, Phuong was the most accommodating and accessible hotel manager we have ever encountered. And her staff were all outstanding. Nice pool, clean quiet rooms, comprehensive breakfast menu and nice lunch and dinner menu. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hoi An.

When we arrived,we were told that we are the first guest to stay in.What a surprise!!Firstly to say sorry that we managed to wrote a review after 2 weeks.And want to thanks the friendly staff and the hotel manager Minh.Everything is good to go, all new and in very good condition.The staff will very helpful and nice,always smile and attend to assist us promthly when needed.Thanks again for upgrading to exclusive room and also the preparation for the honeymoon deco.Definately recommend for those coming to hoi an.

Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

ホテル自体はよかったですが、宿泊のタイミングが悪かったせいか、12/31に泊まった時、夜中の12：15までディスコ並の大音量で新年パティを開催されていました。 パティが終わるまで全く休むことができませんでした。 最悪の宿泊体験になりました。 このホテルを予約する時、イベントあるかを事前に確認することをおすすめします。 自分は、2度もこんなひどいホテルを泊まりたいと思いません。

첫날부터 GLORIA(글로리아)의 따뜻한 환영과 마지막까지 친절한 서비스 너무 좋았습니다. 아이들과의 호이안 가족여행에서 머문곳. 조식, 수영장, 셔틀버스, 자전거 대여 등 모두 만족 스러웠어요. 구름이 많이 낀 날은 수영장 물이 차갑게 느껴지지만 아이들은 아주 신나게 놀았답니다. 다음에 호이안 갈때는 이곳에 다시 머물고 싶어요.

숙박 시설 아주 좋았어요..방청결도도 너무 좋았습니다.. 셔틀버스가 운행되어 안방비치나 올드타운으로 나가기도 쉬웠어요..리셉션 직원포함 모두 친절했지만 특히 글로리아씨 엄지척! 조식먹을때도 세세하게 살펴주고 체크아웃하는 순간까지 섬세하게 살펴주셔서 감사했습니다..가격모든면에서 아주 훌륭합니다 재방문 의사1000%

가격대비 좋았던 호텔 !

전반적인 평가는 나쁘지 않았다 가격대비 괜찮았다. 하지만 청소시간이 맘대로였다. 점심쯤 청소를 하러왔으나 우리가 안나가있고 방에있어서 30분뒤에 나갈꺼라고 그때 해달라고 했는데 다놀고 저녁에 들어왔더니 그때 청소를 하고있었다.우리가 들어왔을때 급하게 하고 가느랴 제대로 청소가 이루어 지지 않았다. 다른건 나쁘지 않았다 수영장도 깨끗하고 벌레도 한마리 본적 없었다.

Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

일단 처음 리셉션 하던 미아양이 나의 실수로 룸을 잘못 예약했음을 말고 문제 해결을 위해 룸 멉그레이드에 감사했어요! 그리고 다음 날 일정을 묻더니 내가 다음 날 오후에 다낭 공항으로 갈꺼라고 했더니, 전 날 다낭에서 그 곳 호텔까지의 그랩 경비를 물은 후에 비슷하게 맞추이 주어 공항까지 저렴하게 잘 가도록 예약해준 것 감사해요! 조식 식사도 만족스러었고요, 시설도 좋았어요! 단지 욕조 시설에 남자 면도기가 없어서 당황했어요! 그리고 다음날 수지 양이 미소지역과 선셋크루즈 예약과 호텔 맛사지를 예약해주어 편안히 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요! 모두들 김사합니다!

スタッフの方が親切でした。 部屋も清潔で居心地が良かったです。 お掃除も丁寧にされていましたが、トイレットペーパーの補充が必要されていなかったことが残念。 日本人がほとんどいなかったので、かえって良かった。プールに監視係のような方が配置されていたらよかったかなー、他の宿泊者の方のマナーが気になりました。また来たいです(^-^)
