The Hoi An was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool is fantastic, large with lots of options like Jet Skis and Zorbing to keep the kids amused. The beach is directly behind the pool so very accessible. The buffet offer a large variety of choices both Western and Asian so should have something for everyone. Location is good as its only a short 15 minute taxi ride to the center of Hoi An, but there not many food options nearby so you will need a taxi to go to any where else.

Lovely hotel conveniently situated to visit Hoi An without being in the thick of it. The most beautiful hotel swimming pool I’ve ever experienced, a real hit with the children. Fresh and varied breakfast buffet and lovely family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as kitchenette and living area. Also walking distance to A Bang beach with bars and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend.

The resort is huge and has much to offer. Big pool, convenience store for late night snacks, restaurant, large morning buffet. Lots to see and do. It looks like this resort offered much more in the past but covid might have caused a lot of places to close. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to all the staff here for making my stay so wonderful! A special thank you to Sy and Ngoc—these two are magnificent, incredibly friendly, and helpful. Sy went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy, and even arranged our transportation to the airport. Exceptional service!

very nice room, pool and breakfast. only bad thing is that the hotel is not very ‘aestethic’ with a lot of empty room in the hall. Shoutout to An in the lobby which was very firendly

Amazing resort hotel! Staff are kind and always ready to help… the rooms are clean and massive, comfortable beds and sofas, wifi is free everywhere in the resort, food is top notch! I will be coming back with my family.

6/10 Okay

The place is huge but very down and many shops and rooms closed. Staff are wonderful and pool is nice and big. Lots of trash and finish made the beach unusable. About a 15 minute walk in to A Bang town where all the action and restaurants are.
