Such a lovely hotel. Great location. Beautiful combination of the Inca style architecture and Spanish colonialism at play. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Would not think twice about staying here again!

Beautiful property. Location is very convenient to the downtown square and restaurants. Breakfast is decent. Also recommend getting a massage at the Spa, especially after hiking all day. Take the historical tour of the hotel. It’s free and worth the half hour to 45 minutes. Hotel has lovely art work too. Comfortable rooms, good amenities

Very nice hotel located very centeal. Close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. We did many tours leaving very early in the morning before the breakfast board was open and he staff prepared oss a delicious breakfast to take with oss. The breakfast was really god with lots og variety and the staff was very caring. One thing I will suggest the eating menu for lunch and dinner did not has så many choises.

Absolutely stunning hotel, an old convent built on Inca ruins. A very unique hotel with the best of both worlds- transitional Inca buildings and Spanish colonial style. The service was outstanding! Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Clearly going out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The resident baby alpaca was very special. Rooms were very comfortable particularly after a multi-day hike. Can’t fault anything about our stay.
