Once I booked as I relied on the pictures and a picture of a 4 stars hotel, you assumed it is a good place to stay. I did not realised that was too cheap for a 4 star hotel though. Once arrived, poor staff were working with a fan air conditioning was just for guests. Once I got into the room, it was filthy and quite stinky. It stay for a night.

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, cortinas inadequadas e pulga na cama. Solicitei o reembolso pela hoteis.com, mas ninguém do hotel responde. A hoteis.com, comodamente, não libera o reembolso pq o Lancaster não responde o e-mail. E assim eu fico no prejuízo. Cuidado, amigos!

O hotel é bem antigo, não foi conservado, a banheira estava encardida com parte enferrujada, janela do quarto bem suja, cortina suja. O café da manhã não era bom, fraco, fritavam o ovo com óleo , não tinha manteiga , só margarina. A categoria no hotéis com está errada deveria ser duas estrelas apenas. Não me hospedaria de novo. Local ruim centro de cidade.

Nossa hospedagem foi muito boa. Estivemos em um triplo luxo. Quarto limpo e aconchegante, banheiro muito limpo, água quente de verdade e banheira pra completar o conforto, excelente custo-benefício e equipe educada. O café é básico e no primeiro dia a equipe não deu conta de atender bem, dada a quantidade de hospedes. Nos outros dois dias, melhorou. Como o estacionamento não fica no hotel, às vezes demorou um pouco para trazer o carro. O Wi-Fi tb estava fraquinho, por isso precisamos usar o pacote de dados. No geral, foi uma boa experiência e voltaríamos de novo.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! A equipe de funcionários muito prestativa e paciente. Chegamos antes do horário DP check-in, mas ficaram com nossas bagagens enquanto fomos dar um passeio. Quarto muito confortável e aconchegante. Única coisa que um hotel desse calibre poderia ter eram dois roupões para saída da hidromassagem. No mais, tudo excelente, ainda mais pelo preço que conseguimos aqui no Hoteis․com.
