Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Não faça o checkin antecipado!

A principal falha foi no checkin. O sistema é péssimo! Fiz o checkin antecipado e atualizei todos os meus dados e dos acompanhantes, mas ao chegar no Hotel estava tudo completamente errado. O atendente refez todo o cadastro e aí ficou tudo errado novamente, mas com dados extremamente antigos que não sei de onde surgiram
