Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

O banheiro não condiz com o nome Slavieiro! Canos enferrujados, Boxe é um capa onde vc vai tomar o seu banho para relaxar e a capa fica grudando no seu corpo...horrível. Banheiro precisa de uma REFORMA URGENTE!!! Já fiquei em algumas suítes desse mesmo hotel e nunca havia ficado em um banheiro tão ruim!

O quarto onde ficamos que era no primeiro andar tinha muito barulho da rua pois a janela nao vedava bem e assim que chegamos no quarto o frigobar nao estava funcionando, fui ligar na recepção e o telefone também não estava funcionando, falei com a recepção e eles ficaram de ver, poém ninguem foi ate o quarto verificar, e ate tentei trocar de quarto, porém me deram a informação que o hotel estava lotado e nada mais fizeram para melhorar minha estadia

Hotel com bom custo beneficio. Unico apontamento é que o Hotel fica numa avenida de alto fluxo e a noite as janelas num filtram totalmente o barulho da via.
