PESSIMO!!!! Me direcionaram para o andar de sala se conferência que foi transformado em quartos…quando abrimos o quarto era terrível super pequeno e nada parecido com a foto do aplicativo, não tinha mesa, uma micro janela, as paredes todas de gesso super gelado, lençol e travesseiros sujos e manchados, cobertos rasgado, toalhas de pessima qualidade.Fui reclamar e falaram que poderiam trocar a roupa de cama para eu dormir e pela manhã tentariam me trocar de quarto pq não foi aquele que peguei e disseram que o hotel estava lotado um ABSURDO! Aquele andar de quartos as fotos nem constam no app e nem deveriam ser alugados! Nojeira total! O café da manhã tbm pessimo, presunto todo grudento, café pessima qualidade. Os funcionários até que são receptivos mas o hotel é pessimo. Me trocaram de quarto para o andar mais a cima e ficou razoável, mas da pra ver nítida a diferença de quartos. Antes parecia que estávamos no subsolo do Titanic onde ficavam os mais pobres e depois fomos para um lugar melhor! Tudo pessimo, nunca mais reservo! Uma enganação

Pontos negativos: O prédio é antigo, e precisaria de alguns reparos, o elevador não comporta o número de hóspedes. O quarto tinha sinais de mofo na parede da entrada, mas acho que deve ser devido a condenação do ar, nas duas noites que passamos lá estava muito frio e podemos reparar que a porta estava molhada pela manhã. E usam muito odorizador de ambientes para minimizar o cheiro. Tenho rinite e tive que abrir a janela e sair. Se tivesse chegado próximo a hora de dormir provavelmente teria reação alérgica. A cama de casal tinha um colchão de mola estranho, a cama de solteiro era melhor. Limpeza do box do banheiro precária, mas estive hospedada em um hotel de rede conhecida no Brasil e lá também não estava 100%. E as luzes estavam com problema. Pontos positivos: localização, enfrente a ferroviária, ao lado do mercado municipal e a 15 minutos a pé do shopping estação que é lindo. E fomos de uber a vários lugares. Café da manhã simples mais honesto, reposição a todo momento, servido por um longo período e fomos era quase 10h e tinha coisas a vontade ainda.

Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel....voltei porque a primeira vez foi bem boa, quarto no quarto andar. Porém desta vez fomos colocados em um quarto todo fechado, vertendo água do laminado, e com filhotes de batata no banheiro e mal cheiro. Quarto localizado na andar CO, que penso ser um espaço adaptado para aumentar número de quartos do hotel, mas não prestou.
