I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

O fato do quarto das crianças ser separado do quarto do casal, foi ótimo. Café da manhã bem movimentado, mas organizado. Só a janela do banheiro que não fechava direito e entrava um frio, mas no dia que fui não estava muito frio, então não foi um problema.

Hotel velho, caindo aos pedaços, ficamos sem água uma manhã inteira e os funcionários só enrolando, prometendo que voltaria em meia hora!!! Nunca tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã. Lugar perigoso e o estacionamento fica a 200 metros do hotel, imagina andar de noite naquele lugar horrível. Nunca mais volto.

Minha estadia nesse hotel foi extremamente frustrante, principalmente por estar viajando com uma bebê de 1 ano. Cheguei às 10h da manhã apesar de entender que o check-in era às 14h, na hora já fui informada de que não havia quarto disponível no momento mas que eu poderia deixar as malas e voltar no horário padrão, e assim fiz. Voltei logo após as 14h, esperando que tudo já estivesse pronto, principalmente porque toda a documentação já havia sido entregue no momento da chegada para agilizar o processo. Para minha surpresa, fui informada de que ainda não havia nenhum quarto limpo disponível. Quando finalmente conseguimos entrar, o quarto estava em péssimas condições: sujo, com móveis velhos e desgastados, banheiro mal limpo, torneira pingando, chuveiro que não esquentava, roupa de cama com cheiro ruim e visivelmente antiga. Foi decepcionante e desconfortável, mesmo para apenas uma noite. O único ponto um pouco melhor foi o café da manhã, que oferecia algumas opções variadas de doces e salgados, nada excepcional, mas aceitável. Além disso, os quartos não condizem com as fotos divulgadas no site. As imagens passam uma impressão totalmente diferente da realidade: o ambiente real é muito mais precário e mal conservado. Infelizmente, não pretendo voltar e não recomendo a ninguém, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças ou espera um mínimo de cuidado e conforto.

Sujo, nojento e sem condições de se hospedar.

Não consegui ficar hospedado no local, condições extremamente precárias, teto do banheiro todo mofado, lustres com fiação exposta, piso do banheiro é cerâmica e foi pintado, a tinta estava se soltando, paredes do quarto sujas, enfim, acabei desistindo da reserva e me hospedei em outro hotel. Detalhe, acabei esquecendo sandália da minha filha no quarto, voltei para pegar depois de alguns minutos e já não estava mais, voltei 4 vezes no outro dia e não me devolveram a sandália.

Para uma noite em Curitiba foi bom, ficamos muito pouco no hotel. Tínhamos um evento perto, então a localização foi estratégica. Só vimos no anúncio que tinha estacionamento e, de fato tinha, mas não vi nenhum lugar informando que era pago e em outro local. Este foi um ponto negativo, pois pensamos que tinha estacionamento incluso no hotel quando na verdade era em outro lugar e pago.
