This hotel is very well located, very clean, and the staff is the best - polite, friendly, attentive. And their breakfast, which is included, is fantastic! A perfect way to start the day. We love it!

Great location, awesome staff. Some confusion on the invoicing as the hotel went through a accounting program change midway through our stay, so amounts charged never did add up to invoices issued. Also had laundry service done and it got lost for 5 days. But staff did their best.

The only situation was that I hurt my foot on the shower because of missing pieces on the floor. When I complained at the reception and gave them the missing part the receptionist told that was a cleaner problem. But in my opinion it was a facility maintenance fault. And not was done after that.

Gostei muito da estadia. O único ponto negativo é que o spa estava desativado e reservei esse hotel justamente por causa do spa. Um ponto positivo é a educação da equipe que trabalha no restaurante, em especial o colaborador Gabriel. Fiquei muito satisfeito com a estadia.

Já me hospedo no Pestana há muitos anos e ele nunca decepciona. A localização é perfeita e os quartos são ótimos: grandes, com uma cama muito confortável e uma ducha no banheiro que é espetacular, achei só que o espelho do quarto estava sujo. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe, como sempre, super atenciosa. Para quem treina, a academia é pequena, mas bem funcional. O hotel também tem uma piscina grande ótima, embora desta vez minha rotina tenha sido tão corrida que nem deu tempo de usar.
