Quarto muito pequeno e sem lugar para colocar as bagagens. Fomos atendendidos, na hora do check-in, por uma funcionária mal educada, grossa e mal humorada. Contudo, o recepcionista Vitor, que estava no plantão junto com ela, muito educado e atencioso. As camareiras são atenciosas e educadas, porém não posso dizer o mesmo das que ficam no restaurante na hora do café da manhã. O hotel está de parabéns no quesito limpeza.

Atenção a solicitação do hóspede

Na hospedagem anterior, tive problemas de vedação do box e após o banho o chão ficava bem molhado. Fiz a observação para não ter o mesmo problema dessa vez e fiquei muito satisfeita com o atendimento. Não tive esse transtorno. Foi ótimo.
