Hotel had everything you needed for a great day. Very clean hotel, new modern, without all the extra frills. Breakfest was way more than expected and the staff was extremely accompdating. Area was located near many great places to eat. I think this is one of the best options to stay in Curitiba.

The front desk is usually staffed with English speaking workers. They were very helpful as my Portuguese is limited. Housekeeping staff visited daily to clean bathroom and make sure the rest of the room was tidy. The breakfast which had bakery items, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, sandwich items, coffee, juice, and yogurt was excellent. The lobby also had coke, beer, sandwiches, some frozen food items and chips. The hotel is in walking distance to Subway, a gelato store, a nice pizza restaurant as well as small shops for paper supplies, a nice bakery, and fresh fruit grocery. It is also within walking distance to Praco do Japao. Overall, Hotel Smart Moov is indeed a smart choice😊

Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance.

Gostei muito do lugar, alimentação - café da manhã, otimo. Funcionários maravilhosos. Só achei o quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas, já que fomos eu, meu esposo e minha filha. Mesmo a cama sendo queen para nós ficou apertado.

Instalações novas e grande preocupação com a limpesa, principalmente da acomodação. O café da manhã é bom, razoável variedade de frutas, café e leite sempre bem quentes e insatisfatória opções de queijos, somente mussarela e ricota. Os pães precisam melhorar, pois estavam, todos os dias, murchos. Falando da acomodação, considero que é pequena e com poucos móveis que possibilitem a organização mínima de malas e roupas. Em resumo, não há espaço para disposição das roupas e acessórios. Para nós que ficamos sete noites, foi impraticável nos organizarmos.

Sou cliente do Moov Hotel Curitiba desde 2022 e sempre tive boas experiências, mas desta vez fiquei profundamente insatisfeito. Reservei um quarto anunciado como climatizado, porém somente após o check-in fui informado de que, no inverno, o sistema central funciona apenas no modo aquecimento, sem possibilidade de resfriar o ambiente. Essa limitação não é informada de forma clara antes da reserva. Durante a madrugada, o quarto permaneceu em 25 °C e, às 2h30, eu ainda não havia conseguido dormir devido ao calor. Ao procurar a recepção, a única solução oferecida foi abrir a janela, o que não resolveu o problema. A situação comprometeu completamente minha noite de descanso, especialmente porque eu teria uma longa viagem de carro no dia seguinte. Caso essa limitação tivesse sido informada previamente, eu poderia ter escolhido outra hospedagem. Espero que o hotel reveja tanto a transparência dessa informação quanto as alternativas oferecidas aos hóspedes nesses casos.

apto qualificado e bem localizado. Contudo, ar condicionado sem funcionar o aquecimento e a demora no atendimento, com resolução parcial e demorada . Ou seja, equipamento funcionou mas de forma precária. Destaque do atendimento via sistema de msg se mostra de pouca resoluto idade , já que a cada msg muda o interlocutor e não promove a correção do problema apontado .
