Totalmente sem sentido fazer checkin 2 vezes, quando a gente chega na recepção , uma recepcionista com cara de poucos amigos pede para a gente fazer checkin online, depois precisa fazer todo o processo com ela, desnecessário e uma demora enorme para concluir. Adorei minha estadia no Granville Hotel! A localização é excelente, os quartos são confortáveis e muito limpos.
