“Hotel was ok , stayed here 3 weeks earlier, booked in for early check-in, as needed to be out by 4.00pm, was told was booked , phoned the day before to confirm, was told yes that was not a problem & was put on the computer ready for us turned up at 2.05 pm to be told don't know if room will be ready ? When said had asked about earlier check-in, to be told yes can see it on the computer under our name but don't know if housekeepering was told ?? So was given key at 2.45pm after asking another...
