Generally a good stay. The children’s beds could do with an upgrade as they’re a basic camp bed, with which we had to mend one as the springs gave way. The swimming pool was a lovely treat however the hot tub was not working. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Charming with quirks. For example, at dinner they ran out of meat pies. They pointed me to the grocery store across the street. I returned with 2. They heated them and served them on china plates. Perfect solution. Lots of parking and the staff made you feel welcome.

A mixed bag, this property needs deep cleaning - room was fine, but if you look closer a lot to be desired, examples - windows so dirty stopping sunlight, some mould in the bathroom or broken jacuzzi in the pool area, changing rooms falling apart, lockers don't close. When we entered Hotel you could smell damp in the corridors. Refurbishment and better maintenance should be a focus. Facilities are okay but is visible they're not maintained as they should be. Finally breakfast is unacceptable for what you pay, I would describe it as just passable. There were also some good: like superb mattresses, I slept like a baby. Huge TV with good WiFi we had good time watching movies.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was lovely. It had everything we needed, very well equiped and there was also a nice lounge room with hooks and geanes to use. The breakfast was also really nice.

Breakfast cooked to order, so not hanging around under those bright lights drying up. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Room very clean. Quite a small pool, but good fun with the kids, and I liked the sauna.
