O hotel é lindo, fica claro que passou por uma reforma recente, móveis, roupa de cama, ar-condicionado, banheiros espaçosos, tudo novinho em folha. A localização é boa e segura. Lugar limpo e equipe de funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. PONTO PRINCIPAL: O café da manhã, os alimentos pareciam ser de baixa qualidade, aquela salsicha pálida que parece isopor, o pão era sempre do dia, mas tinha gosto de pão velho ou feito com massinha de modelar. O iogurte também parecia ser de baixa qualidade e estava com gosto de geladeira, o que chama a atenção para a conservação dos alimentos. ** Se você disponibilizou frios (queijo, presunto, iogurte, etc) das 6h às 9h da manhã, esse alimento ficou sem refrigeração por muito tempo, com isso, se proliferaram bactérias, alterando também o sabor. Não pode voltar a resfriar o produto e servi-lo novamente no dia seguinte, e me parece que é isso que acontece, ou o hotel está com algum problema de contaminação cruzada, e isso é facilmente resolvido. O hotel precisa de um novo cozinheiro, e não de um que só saiba cozinhar, mas que entenda também de processos alimentares. Treinar a equipe da cozinha e garçons para entender esses processos ajuda também a evitar essas questões. Amei a hospedagem, fiquei uma semana no hotel. Deixo esse comentário com gentileza, só falta resolverem essa questão para serem perfeitos.

Quartos extremamente pequenos, sem janela para área externa, acústica terrível, cama quebrada o pé, ficou dançando. Banheiro com a tampa do vaso que não era dele e acabou que não ficava aberta, tinha que sentar e segurar a tampa com as costas. Banheiro minúsculo. Chegamos com uma equipe com 42 pessoas e os quartos não estavam limpos. Alguns pais ficaram até 15:40 esperando liberar o quarto por conta da limpeza. Fizemos as reservas com muito tempo de antecedência, então não foi por falta de tempo para organizar. O gerente teve a capacidade de dizer que as funcionárias não deu conta de limpar pq teve que fazer o horário de almoço delas. Café que fica na recepção gelado, fazem cedo e não repõe.
