Staff very nice and helpful, allowed us to access room to change for a wedding event happening very close, actually walk from within the property. Rooms are OK a bit outdated but very spacious. At bathroom you can hear other rooms which is awkward. Overall good stay.

The hotel was ok. During the check in process, they informed us that there would be an extra charge for 12 years old minors, which wasnt indicated on Expedia. It was not a large amount, but would would be nice to known about beforehand. The personel was polite and helpful. The facilities were clean and nice. Had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

It’s clean and good service, just be careful going

I don’t have any pics, but it has too many steps or bumps inside the room, the base of the bed it’s cement and I hit my toe twice with it, before you go the the bathroom it has another step, and the sink has another small step, if you are not careful you can get hurt easily. IT WAS CLEAN that’s important

Pésima experiencia y total falta de control por parte del personal ​Lamentable estancia. Alrededor de las 3:00 a.m. llegó un grupo de huéspedes en evidente estado de ebriedad haciendo un escándalo insoportable: azotando y tocando puertas por los pasillos, haciendo fiesta en las habitaciones y fumando dentro de las instalaciones y pasillos cerrados, violando completamente las normas del hotel y de seguridad. ​Lo más grave es que el personal nocturno no hizo nada para detener la situación. Para colmo, las personas de la fiesta mencionaron abiertamente que habían sobornado a los empleados de turno para que los dejaran continuar sin restricciones. ​Una falta total de respeto al descanso de los demás, pésima gestión de seguridad y cero ética por parte del personal. Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel si buscas un lugar para descansar o una estancia segura.
