Very helpful and accommodating staff. Convenient area to stay - airport, shops and beach nearby. Breakfast was included which was a nice buffet spread. Free shuttle survive to airport and beaches was really helpful. Limited menu, but local food not far. Enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, local breakfast was delicious, convenient shuttle to/from the airport and the beaches, and clean rooms. Anna was the best - make sure to order a long island iced tea from her!

The rooms were cleaned daily which is good but the shower was cold, no hot water whatsoever maybe lukewarm at best. They give you a kettle to use but you have to purchase the water because none is provided unless you get water from the toilet sink!. The staff was very helpful and always courteous so that’s a plus. The breakfast options are very limited as well as the drink options and many flies to contend with. The restaurant has very limited options as well and the prices are crazy, wanted the steak for my birthday and they didn’t have it, went back the other day for it and they still they were out of it so I just gave up on it. Went outside to buy food thinking I could just heat it up later but lo and behold there’s not a single microwave on the property so the only option is to either eat your food cold or buy the expensive restaurant food(180 for 5 small ribs and a spoonful or rice and mashed potatoes). Where I stayed seemed to be right next to the quarters where the staff stayed and they would be up until 2-3 in the morning having conversations and my god nothing cussed more than them, I personally wouldn’t come back there or recommend anyone to come here, don’t walk away from this place but run from it unless you want to be sorry you came to tobago, hope the review helps.
