We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). “The Park Hotel is a lovely hotel situated near to Kilmarnock town centre. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Although I never used the facilities I did have the breakfast which was plentiful and very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and I will be staying there again.”

“Hotel desatendido. Me dieron una habitación junto a otra que celebraban una fiesta de cumpleaños. Cuando pedí que me cambiaran a otra más tranquila no quisieron , dijeron que si me molestaban que ellos les llamarían la atención. Cuando los de la fiesta volvieron de la discoteca a las dos por supuesto me despertaron con ruido y música. Necesite avisar dos veces para que dejaran de hacer ruido No pude volver a dormirme y tenía que ir al aeropuerto a las cuatro de la mañana ”

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...
