Beautiful hotel downtown and close to shopping. Very easy to get to and also have off street parking. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms are upstairs. We would stay there again!

The Baker Hotel is 100 years old, and has been completely renovated to modern standards. Loved my room, with a full size refrigerator, sink, and real glasses, and coffee cups. The king size bed was amazing.

Very nice Boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Cranbrook. Older but very well kept up and very clean. Lots of restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. To note, is that the hotel does not have an elevator if climbing stairs is an issue (which it wasn’t for us)

Assuming you don't mind stairs, it was wonderful! We didn't use the whirlpool tub or the hospitality room, but I guess it was nice to have that option. We slept well, and the staff were great.

The Baker Hotel was very clean and the staff were all communicative and helpful. We mostly just needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Banff from Montana. This was the perfect midpoint. Highly recommend.

When I checked in I found that I only had 1 towel, a bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths. Asked the cleaner for towels and was given some. Also opened the door to my bathroom and found that there was a used facecloth in the shower and someone had just been in there and went number 2. Very gross. Makes me question if the sheets were freshly washed l. Other than that it was a quiet room. Very nice room and decor.

This is a lovely, quaint hotel in downtown Cranbrook. The rooms are completely renovated and very comfortable. The shower is large and has a rainfall shower head which was great. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to many nice restaurants, so we did not need to drive everywhere. I would highly recommend.
