We spent a week here, it's an excellent location and beautiful views. The kitchen was sparse, but we weren't cooking meals, just snacks and coffee The appliances were new as well as the air conditioners. The staff were all lovely. It's summer so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It's very comfortable for a couple and within walking distance to town.

We rented a open air buggy and parked it there no problem. Kitchen worked fine for the week we were there. They supplied first 5 gallon water jug. It lasted us perfectly. Staff were above amazing .So very helpful.

No water pressure when arrived which was fixed great third day. Pool is amazing. Room had bugs but was sprayed day two which helped. Love the view. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure.

The room is nice and clean and includes a kitchenette. The views are incredible and the property has direct access (via ladder) to calm and crystal-clear caribbean waters. The water is too deep to stand on the bottom, but it's great if you are a good swimmer or if you bring a floatation device. There is also a nice pool for relaxing.

Beautiful location, quiet and safe. The property is undergoing some construction, its off season so now was the time and they were very quiet the entire time. The staff are so friendly and nice! They offer laundrey to your door at a very reasonable price. We go to Cozumel every year and we are def coming back to visit our friends at Suites Turquesa.

Beautiful property right on the water with snorkeling right off the rocks in front. You do need to climb doen ladders to get into the ocean. Located within walking distance if the edge of town food is about an 8 min walk. Good spot for budget minded travelers who don't want the isolation that large resorts tend to have. Staff was competent and helpful although we did have to wait 15 minutes for them to come and check us in.

The staff were really nice, the room was clean. We had no deck but a glass door to a path leads to the pool, ocean ours was the bottom floor.There was no tv in our room. The overall experience was nice. I would recommend to stay here, the ocean beautiful colours and great for a quick dip and snorkeling. 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal, so quite close if you are able to walk.. bring small bills if going to taxi they don’t take credit card from town to the hotel

Breathtaking Views

We visit Cozumel yearly and this was our first time staying at Suites Turquesa. The positives: We had a panoramic suite. The views were amazing. The suite itself was large, clean, modern. Staff was professional and friendly. Swimming and snorkeling right in front of the property was fabulous. The negatives: We like to cook, and the only drawbacks were that there was a minimal amount of dishes and cookware (no mixing bowls or storage containers for leftovers). The coffee maker was extremely tiny and we had to make multiple pots of coffee every morning. The water pressure was very low and washing dishes and showering took a bit. There was no hair dryer in our unit. Even with the above negative comments, I would highly recommend Suites Turquesa, and we will stay there again!
