one thing that stands out is the housekeeping staff and service. They kept the rooms clean and were very thorough. They kept the room stocked when the necessities...we never had to request for toilet paper, clean towels, or water.

This is my second time at this hotel and it’s officially my favorite in Cozumel! Epic tropical landscaping lead you to a very modern hotel with a very welcoming staff ! Rooms are impeccably clean, large and recently remodeled! The breakfast buffet has been improved since last and was totally worth it! Awesome is right offshore of the beach ! I would 110% recommend and will absolutely be back! Side note the tennis court is one of coolest ones I have ever seen

We love the Presidente! It’s one of our favorite hotels and we’ve stayed many times. They have the best service, great restaurants, and the best place to snorkel on the island! It’s perfect!

Honest review... 5 stars is not enough... I'm serious you can stop looking for a place to try this is the one. My room was the classic and the more economic choice but it had an amazing ocean view I was in disbelief. Everything was clean and new like it is updated nicely. The staff was so humble and happy to help thanks Hilario.

Great room and staff. Really nice spa services. Alfredo’s and Faro Blanco are great restaurants and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great diving with Scuba Du, too.
