Chill, comfortable clean apartment

We had a lovely stay here - it was close to the car ferry and the marina so perfect for dive trips. The room was beautiful, big and comfortable with a lovely view. The bath products were wonderful. The hotel itself is quiet however the beach bar opposite is loud until late on Saturday nights, and scuba tanks from the dive shop next door clang from 5-6am (bring earplugs). We also would have preferred an easier breakfast situation as we had to leave early for diving and it was a bit of a hassle arranging it the night before every time. However, that’s the only minor issue. Sereno upstairs is one of the best places to eat on the island (amazing tacos and ceviche!) we would stay here again.

The hotel room is adorable. Be advised, that there is a huge gap between the bottom of the hotel room door and the floor, that bothered me. I had to stuff a towel under there every night. Luckily, no critters creeped into my room. There were a few hiccups, for example, the pillows had a weird smell, the toilet seat, and were broken, but the staff rectified the situation immediately. The service and staff were exceptional. I’d come back just for that alone. Also the rooftop bar had amazing food, surprisingly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay here again. The local is super walkable and close to many shops and attractions. I felt safe, as a solo female traveller.

This is a terrific place, if you don't mind a little street noise for about 18 hours a day. With gorgeous grounds and a nice location, it would be wonderful to always have the windows open facing the sea, but motorcycles, trucks and loud vehicles can often be heard. Making up for that is a beautiful and well-staffed rooftop restaurant and excellent staff always ready to grab beach towels or offer directions. Breakfast is very good, as well, and the breakfast servers are excellent.

Our overall experience was warm welcoming. We have a 3 year old and the floor mats mae of behuko can be a bit dangerous for.him running around; we slid them under the bed and had a great time. Hopefully coming back soon

My friend and I wanted a cute place to stay convenient from playa del Carmen. We took the ferry bringing our bikes on. It was a 15 min bike ride and we safely stored them at the hotel. The place is cute from the room, to the yard, to the beautiful rooftop dining. The staff was so beautiful and friendly as well.

Rooms of a good size with nice view to the ocean, though across the street. Very clean and plenty of space including mini kitchen like-area (microwave, coffee maker) with dishes. Unfortunately, the street traffic was non-stop and the double glazed doors weren't quite sufficient to block the noise out and the neighbors (diving shop) started being noisy quite early. Hotel did add a white moise machine to the bed and together with ear plugs all was quite manageable. But for sensitive folks, be aware of it. Overall good location close enough to still walk to town but far enough from the hustle of the cruise ships. Nice choice if you want to avoid the big resorts.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, they answered every question and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The room was terrific, almost luxurious, also the bath products, we loved them... I just feel it was little dark lighting (that is something that I have seen in other places I don't like it, but that is my preference). We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof, great view there and food was delicious. The pool as well, very nice :). The location is very convenient as well as it is near the center of Cozumel. The beach was great as well, we saw many fishes. Definitely a great place to stay and enjoy Cozumel. ♥
