Poor hotel for price level

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. They have no coffee in the room, no laundry service. We had to check in through the restaurant since there is never anyone at the reception. At check out, we had to leave early (6am) and there was no one there again, he asked us to wait till 8 am even when we told him we had a flight. We were never even informed that reception is not available 24x7 which is the norm at 4 star hotels. Not a pleasant stay.

Le Relais des Trois ChĂąteaux est situĂ© Ă  800 mĂštres du chĂąteau de Cheverny. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. La chambre est climatisĂ©e et dispose d'une literie haut de gamme de marque Treca. La salle de bains comporte une grande baignoire et d'excellents produits d'accueil de marque Nuxe. Enfin, le restaurant Les Trois Marchands et son menu dĂ©couverte Ă  35 € par personne est un incontournable Ă  ne manquer en aucun cas. Une belle dĂ©couverte gustative.

L’hĂŽtel est propre, dĂ©corĂ© sobrement et plutĂŽt moderne. Le restaurant des 3 marchands propose une nourriture correcte pour le dĂźner. En revanche, le petit dĂ©jeuner est dĂ©sastreusement peu garni et surtout surgelĂ©. Le choix est trĂšs maigre voire inexistant. Le personnel n’est pas formĂ© et incompĂ©tent si ce n’est malhonnĂȘte et impoli, nous ayant indiquĂ© que le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait inclus, pour avoir la surprise de dĂ©couvrir que le petit pain au chocolat surgelĂ© et la tranche de fromage sans goĂ»t nous Ă©taient facturĂ©s 16€/personne.

Bra hotel med en katastrof till restaurang!

Hotellets rum och service var mycket bra. Restaurangen var en riktigt stor bedrövelse. Nu var det andra gÄngen jag var i restaurangen under ett par mÄnader. Först agÄngen trodde jag det var otur i köket med ett segt och ganska oÀtligt kött stycke. Nu andra gÄngen var vi 5 personer som alla fick portioner som var oÀtliga, sönder stekta och sega. Om man ville tugga sÄ hade de rÀckt i minst ett par dygn. Priset för det som serverades var sÄ över prissatt att man borde skÀmmas.

Bel hÎtel mais soirée gùchée par le cadre du Diner

HĂŽtel trĂšs confortable. Chambre joliment meublee personnel trĂšs pro et aimable Tres bon petit dej Un seul problĂšme le restaurant. La patronne dĂ©clare la salle complĂšte et nous dirige vers le bistrot dont le cadre est vraiment trĂšs moche et oĂč on nous a pratique les mĂȘmes prix. A noter une partie de la salle de restaurant Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  dressĂ©e pour le petit dej mais la directrice a refusĂ© de nous y installer
