Wir haben hier während unserer Rundreise eine Nacht verbracht. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal und dass wir an einem sehr heißen Sommertag bereits etwas früher einchecken konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und funktional eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber, wirkt inzwischen aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Weniger schön war, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte und sich dadurch stark aufgeheizt hatte. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer mit 4 € berechnet wurde, da dies in vielen Hotels inzwischen zum Service gehört. Der größte Minuspunkt war jedoch eine Schabe im Badezimmer. So etwas erwartet man in einem Hotelzimmer einfach nicht. Glorya, unsere kleine 11 cm große Reisegiraffe, erklärte sich zwar kurzerhand zur Schädlingsbekämpferin, auf diesen Einsatz hätten wir aber beide gerne verzichtet. Beim Auschecken kam dann noch die kostenpflichtige Parkgebühr von 4 € pro Nacht hinzu. Der Betrag ist zwar überschaubar, aber eigentlich unnötig. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für eine Übernachtung durchaus geeignet. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer sprechen dafür, fehlende Klimaanlage, die Schabe im Bad sowie die zusätzlichen Kosten für Wasser und Parkplatz haben unseren Gesamteindruck jedoch spürbar getrübt.

Frühstück ok für diese Klasse. Aber bei vielen Gästen personal überfordert. Dringend mehr Professionalität in Service notwendig. Im Gewerbegebiet Parkgebühren zu kassieren ist schon leicht daneben…. Ansonsten ein refreshtes Novum Hotel, wobei es besser sanierte Garner Hotels gibt. Personal durchweg freundlich.

Rigtig fint hotel til gennemrejse. Lige ud til motorvejen, som dog godt kan give lidt støj hvis man har værelse ud til vejen. Men ikke noget der generer synderligt. Fine, rene værelser og et meget flinkt personale, der tog godt imod os. En rimelig enkel morgenbuffet, med et normalt udvalg. Vil benytte os af hotellet igen hvis vi er på de kanter.
