We absolutely loved our Privilege Swim-Up Suite at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres! The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and having direct access to the pool was such a treat. It made relaxing and enjoying the resort even more special. The room was well-maintained, and the swim-up feature was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. Combined with the friendly staff, good food, and beautiful resort, it made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We stayed at Ocean10 hotels in the past but this is the best one so far. The resort is new and beautifully designed and decorated. We paid for the privilege rooms and were pleasantly surprised with the room size. The balcony jacuzzi was a great touch. The grounds are kept super clean and the staff were amazing. From our butlers Emilio and Joe to everyone else including the staff at every single restaurant we dined at.
