The staff was excellent, the room was clean. The property was fantastic. Customer Service at property was one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I love the room as it had a balcony you can open which is a very unique feature. But overall, I highly recommend this place. I will save this location as my go to spot.

room was clean and view from there was good. I checked in late and the receptionist came out from a room (may be he is in sleep mode). He checked me in a room for handicapped so I had to go back and asked for another one. He forgot to give me breakfast vouchers. Hotel is old and maintenance work is being done. Noise from work, and carpark exit was changed without clear guide.

I was blown away with the quality of my stay. In addition to how beautiful the prioerty was, the staff was friendly, the amenities were also great. Other points: Loved the little bags of ice instead of the rickety machines that most hotels offer. Best hotel shower I've had in years! I wish we'd have stayed more than a night. However, i think we found our go-to whenever we come back to the city!
