Room was clean, so was the property. One negative was one of queen beds was very noisy, old and needed looking at. The other queen bed was good. Good location, close to everything.

This was the.best stay we have ever had. The location of the inn was close to everything we needed. The vibe was definitely worth the drive! Make sure to bring walking shoes as the views are amazing! The pier also hosts music on Fridays which was so fun to see. The rooms were clean and the staff were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and was able to get a good sleep. Definitely recommend as a โ€œhave to visitโ€ location!

Great location and comfortable stay. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Perfect "staycation" with nice pool and walkable restaurants, stores and waterfront. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and small kitchen area made it a great home-base while exploring the surrounding areas. Breakfast was included but just the minimal basics, not a complaint, just a heads up if that's important to you. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

maybe overall it was a nice place to stay quiet. the rooms were spacious. only problem I have is whatever they use to clean. the rooms was kind of smelly and not in a pleasant way when you walk in the room. And I wish they had more of a breakfast than Continental breakfast that would have been nice. but I will stay there again

All the staff were friendly and very helpful starting with our arrival Debra at the front desk. The grounds and pool is very well kept. The room is very spacious and had all we needed (except for a cutting board). It was convenient having the one burner hot plate because we planned to do cooking for breakfast. The continental breakfast provided by the Inn was ample enough that we didnโ€™t need to cook our own. It was a great stay!!!

This was my husband and I first time to Rockport. We fell in love with this place. We went Mother's day weekend! Almost everything here was within walking distance. Fishing pier, restaurants, coffee shack across the INN is EXCELLENT! We will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and cool. The pool was excellent with lots of options, shallow area and splash pad for the kiddos, fountains in the pool plus deeper area and a hot tub for adults. Lots of seating areas if you aren't sitting. The standard room had a mini fridge, microwave and small table plus comfy beds and tv with cable. Location is also great with plenty to do and restraunts within walking distance. We hope to return many times in the future. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Charming property near the water with nice pool area. The staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The location is amazing if you want to be within walking distance to the water. This property is a bit older so a few things are dated, but I would happily stay here again when I come to visit my family.

The pool area was beautiful. The room was ok, the area where the beds were was clean, however the toilet area was dirty. There were hair & dead bugs on the floor. The toilet needs to be replaced its old & the bolts where the seat connects was filthy.
