Unfortunately, our stay at this property did not go as expected. We experienced a serious and very stressful incident (robbery) shortly after arriving and, as a result, we had to leave the property immediately and find alternative accommodation. We did not stay overnight at the property, yet we had to pay for another hotel unexpectedly. What was most disappointing was the lack of support we received from the property afterward. Communication was frustrating, and we did not feel that our concerns were handled with the level of understanding or assistance we expected. Although Expedia ultimately refunded our reservation, the property itself did not offer assistance with the additional expenses we incurred as a result of the situation. Overall, this was a very stressful experience, and the way the situation was handled afterward made it even more disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
