We loved Lively Beach! We are planning to bring the whole family back at Christmas! It is absolutely beautiful here. The beach and the pool are clean and refreshing! I do have a suggestion - the washing machines were down and it didn’t notify us and we were coming from other days of traveling and we had to go into town and do it, and I think the rooms should have paper towels; but not a game changer. We will definitely be back!

The room was really great. The pool area was lovely, but the tables could’ve been wiped.. The sand buildup at the end of the walkway to the beach needs to be addressed. My 75-year-old mother wasn’t really able to get out easily and that was unfortunate.. otherwise really great property.

Place is so peaceful and quiet away from the noise of the city. Front desk are nice and accommodating. There’s always a treat everyday. I love the wine and paint experience. It was a wonderful stay. The pool is heated.

Overall, my family enjoyed quick access to the beach, the outdoor shower to rinse off sand, and the nice pool area. However, given the premium price we paid for a two-night stay, I expected a spotlessly clean, issue-free accommodation. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was heavily soiled. While there were fresh sheets in the closet, the master bedroom sheets and pillows had noticeable dirt spots. The dining table was sticky, with crumbs and sand trapped in the crevices. Additionally, the unit showed general wear—a hinge screw had come out of one cabinet door, and the floors were noticeably scratched, though the kitchen appliances appeared brand new. The staff and maintenance team were very friendly. I opted not to complain about the linens or sofa during our stay; instead, we simply removed the cushions and left the sofa pulled out as a bed for the remainder of our trip. Accessing the beach requires navigating a sand dune that has accumulated at the base of the stairs. While it is not a private beach, the overall location is very convenient. Verdict: I would likely return, but on our next visit, I plan to explore other luxury condos with direct beach access.

Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. There was music played by the property that was suitable for everyone but overshadowed by the other music.
