What this motor inn has going for it, is location. You can walk to the harbor across the street or over to the arts district 2 streets down, also they are dog friendly. The bed wasn't comfortable, the AC didn't work very well and there was a very large bug I was told is not a cockroach on the bed.

No the kitchen had nothing but a coffee maker. Room reaped of moth balls. Yes there were shops in easy walking distance and the harbor was right across the street. I have stayed here before but want be doing it again.

Good price. Centrally located. If you are wanting to use the kitchen, be sure to bring all cookware, utensils, plates, cups etc. And pick up a bag of ice. No working ice machine.

No the kitchen wasn't equipped with utensils or cooking where but I would understand that so be prepared to bring your own at least you have a kitchen that's a plus and yes there's shops nearby very nice
