Pricey last minute but worth it. It was clean, up to date, conveniently located, thoughtful, and spacious. Spoke with the property manager a few times(Erinn), she was friendly and arranged for us to pick up some personal belongings we missed. If staying in Port A in the future again, it will definitely be here!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing because we encountered multiple bugs inside the property. When we brought it to the host’s attention, we were told that they were water bugs commonly found in coastal areas and tropical plants, and that they cannot be completely eliminated. I understand that pests can be more common in coastal and tropical environments, but that does not make it acceptable to have them inside a property that guests are paying to stay in. We expected the property to be clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. The host did say they would follow up with the cleaner and have pest control return, which we appreciated. However, I also asked what would be done to compensate us for having to deal with this issue, and I have not been given a satisfactory answer. Overall, this experience took away from our enjoyment of the stay. Future guests should be aware of the pest issue and should have reasonable expectations regarding how it is handled.
