It’s a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of “town”. The bay area is gorgeous and the pool area is very relaxing with lots of shade and chairs. The staff is great! Great food! t would be nice to see the rooms a bit more updated. Also, it’s a perfect gym for those that work out every day!

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff, property location, great amenities with 3 pools, hot tubs, and pickle ball courts. Free shuttle to downtown Coronado. Beautiful views of the Bay and Marina. Rooms are spacious and clean. Truly a wonderful resort getaway experience. We look forward to staying here again.

The Loews was a very nice experience after spending earlier nights at the Marriott on Coronado. Property was beautiful and pool area was much larger and well staffed. They also offer a convenient shuttle to the Coronado Island shopping and restaurant area.

The hotel was very clean and organized. Our room overlooked the marina and it was fun watching the boats go in and out as well as the kayakers on their morning runs. The pool areas were clean with plenty of chairs and beach towels. We stayed during the week so not as many families but those that were there with kids were not overrunning the pool areas. The food was generally good and I would highly recommend the gelato. The adult beverages were well prepared and priced what you would expect at a resort. Check-in and checkout was quick and orderly. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is away from Coronado city center but the hotel does provide shuttle service. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Great room, the restaurants on site were fairly priced and good vibes. Everyday there were different activities. The beach was with a shuttle golf cart for transporting! I also asked for decor in the room and they executed sooo well. I am truly thankful for my stay. Sheryl and Kevin were great.

We’ve stay at the Lowe’s Bay Coronado Resort several times and love the peacefulness of the resort and the convenience of the shuttle to the town. The staff here are very friendly and makes your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Tony

First night when going to bed . noted strong smell of urine in bed , not sure if it was bed or blankets.. We did get another room, and they comped parking and resort fee. when trying to leave could not get out of gate to leave property as they had not entered our License plate ( we asked them to do it twice). also had a water leak (from AC drain) on top of bathroom countertop. Overall the property was quite nice ,a bit run down , but staff was pleasant and restaurant was good .

Highly recommend this property. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Great service and good food! The property has lots of options to stay in or explore Sand Diego. The free shuttle to Coronado Beach was very convenient.
