The overall location was absolutely fantastic and the check-in process was flawless and very helpful. But you could tell it’s kind of rundown. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The handle for the shower was just about to fall off. The floors are worn. But the resort itself was a decent one. Out on the patio though there were these tiny little black bugs that seem to be crawling all over us and we learned don’t go out on the patio lol. Just wish we could re do on a first floor in a clean room.

Everything was as expected. It's a great place to stay with an amazing view and location is convenient to travel across the bay to attend the ballgames. We havd stayed here multiple times over the years and it's a great time every stay we have had. Personally, feel it's the best place to stay

Customer service was top notch. The pool area was beautiful. We needed to shower after check out and they were very accommodating .

Awesome place. You can tell the infrastructure is dated but the rooms were great. If you want to bike and go to the beach the resort fee was well worth it for what you get.

Things feel a little tired, carpet was stained in our room, chair upholstery was ripped, building felt like it needed a little tlc but beds were comfy and staff was lovely - So it helped to balance the other things !
