Large, clean property with a beautiful, resort-type pool. Wifi was excellent. Restaurant food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Location is outside of town.

Every thing else was excellent except the bar wasn’t open because they said it was a low season month, but staffs are very helpful and always have a smile when asked for assistance, good job Fernvale, I would definitely comeback and recommend your place

Overall, our stay was near perfect! The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast, pool, and airport shuttle—everything was convenient and well taken care of. The only downside was the room, which I’d rate 3/5. There were quite a few ants and bugs, and the sink water turned brown a few times during our stay. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from. The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim.

A bit dated, but clean, everything works, nice bed, mediocre bar/restaurant but affordable and food OK, very good breakfast), beautiful pools and grounds. Very relaxing overall. Several local families on staycation … Filipino version of ‘Marco Polo’. Not bad for under $40usd/night.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff in oarticular Geovil, James and MJ were super amazing, but generally all the staff were great. The rooms were well catered for a good restaurant and best pools in Philippines (best we have seen ). Would thoroughly recommend

Overall it was a very good stay. There is a gated entrance, which is a plus for safety. They have a designated tuktuk driver for about 40PHP one way. The room itself was very clean and the area is very quiet. The stay had a great aesthetic and atmosphere. The food was amazing, breakfast changed daily. Bed was good. Shower was good. Cons included loud AC, and it was direct at your head. There were a lot of brown outs.
