Overall, our stay was near perfect! The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast, pool, and airport shuttle—everything was convenient and well taken care of. The only downside was the room, which I’d rate 3/5. There were quite a few ants and bugs, and the sink water turned brown a few times during our stay. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from. The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim.

A bit dated, but clean, everything works, nice bed, mediocre bar/restaurant but affordable and food OK, very good breakfast), beautiful pools and grounds. Very relaxing overall. Several local families on staycation … Filipino version of ‘Marco Polo’. Not bad for under $40usd/night.

Overall it was a very good stay. There is a gated entrance, which is a plus for safety. They have a designated tuktuk driver for about 40PHP one way. The room itself was very clean and the area is very quiet. The stay had a great aesthetic and atmosphere. The food was amazing, breakfast changed daily. Bed was good. Shower was good. Cons included loud AC, and it was direct at your head. There were a lot of brown outs.

The breakfast is the highlight in Fernvale hotel. Different varieties and even better than the food we ordered from the menu. The pool is always clean. My families enjoyed their time in the pool. It’s a good place to go if you travel with kid. However, the food from the bar/menu is a bit disappointing regarding the price, flavour and services.
