The property is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. Everything was incredibly clean, and the level of service was excellent. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to the food absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. We had such a wonderful experience and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Views from outside around the pool areas are absolutely stunning. It really is picturesque. Love the beach. Food is delicious and plentiful. Peak season and always a choice of sunbeds. Bed height in family room is ridiculously high for some reason and my short legs struggled! The only negative.

The room was spotless, and the pool area was lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location wasn't ideal. It's quite out of the way unless you're happy to hire a car, use the bus, or pay for taxis, which are very expensive. That said, the on-site car hire was reasonably priced and didn't require any hefty deposits. The food was the biggest disappointment. I'm not a fussy eater by any means, but the buffet lacked both quality and variety compared to other all-inclusive resorts I've stayed at. The snack bar served gyros, but they were very greasy, and the chips often looked and tasted as though they'd been sitting out for a long time with flies around them. We also tried the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately that wasn't much better. The rice was hard and dry, and the soup looked more like a bowl of oil than soup. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and really went out of their way to help, which was definitely a positive. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this property again. The combination of the poor location and disappointing food meant it didn't offer good value for the price I paid in fact it was rather sickening as I didn't feel like the amount justified the experience which is a shame.

Great hotel would come back!

Last minute booking for a late summer holiday which we didn’t research. Could not fault the hotel, it was great. Food was excellent, drinks were branded. If there was any criticism’s to make they would be - that there was no where to walk at night and beach was slightly poor.

Buffet food was the best quality I’ve had - a smaller choice but still plenty to choose from and all delicious. Plenty of salads and they changed daily. Staff were all fantastic and keen to help us. Premium brand drinks and good cocktails. The grounds were lovely although the pool really was the coldest I’ve been in. Even after swimming around for 15 mins it still felt cold - it would not stop me from returning though….

Lovely stay. Food is lovely and the salad selection is vast- fresh and delicious. Also had low alcohol beers and great mocktails. 2 large pools with plenty of sun loungers and space. Hotel in excellent location. Loved the facilities. Has own private beach. All inclusive well worth it . Very good sized room and view off mountains and coast line from balcony. Top quality entertainment every night. Three different restaurants and food excellent. Great to try Japanese restaurant. Something for all ages. Staff very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel and great food

Really enjoyed our stay here, food quality was excellent and there was a lot of variety. We only managed to get into one of the A la carte restaurants, the Japanese, which was very nice. Service is superb at the bars and in the restaurants. Our room was slightly on the small side for a family of 4 but it worked ok. Pools were excellent and location is great, although you can’t really walk anywhere outside of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at here, the food was exceptional, with a huge array of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lay out of the hotel, pool areas and access to the sea was great too and it was nice to spend time in different areas(including the kids pool with my two year old) The staff were brilliant also, from the team in the dining area or serving drinks by the pool or bars or on reception or the cleaning staff. The kids club was excellent too and my six year old daughter could not get enough of that or the mini disco which was the highlight of her day... and ours ! All in all we had a fantastic stay there and could not fault anything and highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with modern rooms & great food/drink

Lovely stay here in October 24. Pros were the excellent condition and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Staff very friendly and great food and drink options. One negative for us was the cold pool, which is a shame as the pool itself is large and the focal point of the hotel during the day. Fine for us but wasn't great for our young boy who didn't enjoy the cold. Beach area feels a bit neglected as its away from main area of hotel, but not a lot of activity going on there.

This is an all inclusive property. The buffet was good and had lots of options but it was not what we would want to eat for dinner three nights. When we checked in we requested a reservation for both restaurants and were told they were both booked all the nights we were staying. This was very disappointing. We were able to get into the Japanese restaurant off the waiting list but not the Greek restaurant so we went into Old Town and ate dinner two nights. Everything else was above our expectations and we would recommend this property if you want an all inclusive.

Not a 5 star hotel. Service was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. It was also very clean. Pool loungers excellent. Food ok. unfortunately only overcooked fish, not even in the greek restaurant. Beach ok. Gym was old and some machines broken. Entertainment at night low. Biggest disappointment was the room - tiny, not enough space for all of our luggage, view inland was catastrophe (looking on an abandoned building. That is nothing a 5 star hotel should offer), noisy (some strange noise from a compressor every 15min, alsl at night).feedback from front desk "you cannot do anything about it.you booked i land view".
