“The elevator situation is terrible. They run really slowly and are constantly filled. Multiple times we had to either wait 15-20 mins or take the stairs from our 11th floor room just to get in and out of the hotel. Other than that, the property is clean and the location is great. Bare minimum towels and there is no actual staff. The room itself was nice; however, we booked an ocean room (which we technically got) but the main view of the ocean was from the bathroom. “The manager was super sweet but inaccessible. Without a Korean phone number it was impossible to ever find someone to answer questions or help with issues. The ac stopped blowing the first two nights I was there so it was a bit like sleeping in a tomb until I could find the manager, who, was incredibly sweet and helpful once I did bump into her on day 2 of crazy ac.
