Employees need training on Tourism and Customer Service; The last morning the waiter denied more coffee to us, some employees acted arrogant; always missing towels and toilet paper; Like they don't keep track that we were 4 adults; Other Employees were friendly and well hosting guests; there were Not enough hangers for for adult clothes; there were bugs and mosquitoes in the bathroom; the room smelled sewer; the bathroom window was rusty; the door balcony won't open; there were not shadow curtains;... To Recommend ? NO

Perfect location!! You can walk to the plaza. The Hotel is old, but very clean and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed here for about 4 times. I only had a questionable incident, where they charge me for a missing bed sheet. I had a migraine and the housekeeper came and I told her to leave in btw the cleaning. I think she didn’t leave the bedsheet for the second bed. We didn’t use the bed, but we had used the sheets. Anyways, one was missing and they charge me $15. But I am so please with the location and safety of the hotel. I didn't mind coming back. My last experience was excellent!

Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche, el elevador no funciona correctamente, el botón del estacionamiento y del piso 3 fallan la mayoría de las ocasiones y el elevador no llega, las chapas de las habitaciones son de llave normal y por dentro tienen un pasador que es muy viejo, la ventana de la habitación 313 tiene una toalla entre el mosquitero y la ventana porque ya no cierra de manera adecuada, el área de baño en la misma habitación el chorro de la regadera da contra un pilar que esta en el baño y deja poco espacio para bañarse bien. La gente es amable cumple con su función pero no va mas allá de lo que esperas como cliente. El estacionamiento es funcional y esta bien ubicado.

Solo tuve un poco de problema con la televisión no se veían algunos canales. Y en el desayuno incluido solo dan café negro una rebanada pequeña de pan, un día a mi familiar le dieron normal la rebanada y a mi lo que era la mitad de la rebanada de mi familiar,y un día encontré mojado el piso del baño al regresar no se si tiene fuga o lo usaron mientras no estuvimos.
