The motel had a very clean and organized appearance. Inside was just what you'd expect from a comfortable, budget friendly, small town motel. Attentive staff and respectful guests made my stay wonderful. I recommend the Corcoran Inn for travelers on small budget. Walking distance to a great hamburger place.

Accidentally booked this property while trying to stay at Corcoran Country Inn and was sorely disappointed. Last time we visited our son we stayed at Corcoran Country Inn and was very pleased, but was not nearly as pleased with the Corcoran Inn. Understandably, this is a budget motel, but it still should be clean . It was dusty and dirty along the baseboards and definitely needs some decoration thought. Toilet needed a new seat and tub looked a bit unkempt. Did not smell great either
