Loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel! Staff was helpful, although our safe was broken and never got replaced during our stay. Small elevator, but never was a problem waiting. Breakfast was very good!

The room was fine with everything we needed. It is centrally located in the city It is only a short walk away from tivoli gardens and the central railway station. The hop on hop off bus stops near to the hotel too. Staff were very helpful and friendly . Drinks were expensive as was the breakfast One morning we couldn’t find any breakfast tea bags and were told they didn’t have any which I found difficult to believe Apart from that everything is ok and I would use that hotel again

We really loved this place; the location was prime, with 3 train station access, and the hotel itself was gorgeous, with amazing staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The only things that could have been better were a bigger sink where we could actually wash our face and stronger shower pressure, and the elevator can get a bit hectic. Overall, it was fabulous, and we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back when we're back in Copenhagen. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at WIDE Hotel Copenhagen as first-time visitors to Copenhagen! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location, making it so easy to explore the city and get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our stay felt comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed after a long day of sightseeing. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt upscale and cozy at the same time.

Great location. Near restaurants and walking to Tivoli. Metro train walkable as well. We had a room with a balcony (upgraded) on the 6th floor with nice views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice experience.
