The hotel is in a great location to yhe airport and about 10 minutes by teai. To the city center. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. The hotel is well kept, breakfasy is great and hours of operation are on point. I would stay here or in one of the Scandic properties.

2 stops on the train from Copenhagen central station that takes under 10 minutes. Station is 5 minutes walk. Nice gym and sauna. Network and a few local bars and restaurants close by.

Not as central as other hotels in Copenhagen, but the excellent public transport system makes it very easy to get around. Very happy with all the hotel had to offer with great breakfast choices, a comfy room and large car park.

Hotel is a bit distance away from aeroport.Around 30 min.Fairly easy to find.Big car park. Amazing public transport which runs 24/7. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Scandic Sydhavnen and found it to be exactly as described. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center, but the local public transport links are excellent, and the hotel offers bike rentals which made exploring Copenhagen very easy. The room was clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the blackout curtains and the soundproofing; despite being near a road, the windows blocked the noise perfectly. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, though I did notice the bathroom tiles are starting to show their age. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great selection of food and the dining area is spacious enough that it never felt cramped. A very reliable choice for a Copenhagen stay!

the hotel was terrible. i checked in and paid for 2 days. after 1 night, i came back from work to the hotel and all my stuff was gone,. they checked me out. but my card was still working. so without realizing i went to my room and whils sitting in the bathroom, someone random walked into my room. i felt very uncomfortable. the hotel staff thought it was very funny, and upgraded the other person, i had to fight to get free breakfast. then they broke my deoderant and lost my toothbrush... they all thought it was very funny. terrible hotel. my entire company will stop using Scandic in the future

Fantastic hotel. Very convenient for the train station. Clean and lots of activities for kids - play area, mini golf etc. We had a great time. Only downside is that breakfast isn't the best but would recommend this hotel if travelling with a family.

Not very clean, very bad service, expensive breakfast buffet, be prepared to wait 10 min for a cup of coffee and long lines to get a piece of bread. Make sure to prepay breakfast or it’s double when you check in. It’s better to go to The gas station across from the Hotel. You may be lucky to get coffee in your room but it’s inconcistent. Scandic Hotels are not how they used to be, will not recommend, there are better ones.

The hotel was great. We stayed in a family room, so there was one king bed and a pullout sofa for our two kids. They warned us it was small, but it was basically the size of a room in the US. The only thing is that there are no tissues like you would expect in the US, and the shower stall is a bit weird, so you may get a bit of water on the floor, but it just takes a little finagling to get it right. All in all a great stay for our stay in Copenhagen, a lovely city! Be sure to take the boat tour from Nyhavn, and beware the very expensive restaurant prices there!

Location was perfect for my trip, only 2 stops from central station and other bus routes available close by. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was polite and helpful. The room was ok, very small shower and one of the power outlets didn't work. There was no refrigerator or water offered in the room. Otherwise it suited our needs for a no-frills stay.
