For a budget hotel it was fine. Clean and tidy and nice breakfast buffet. Peter and the staff were friendly and informative. In a great spot near central station and short walk to all tourist attractions.

The place couldn’t be better located, a block away from the central train station and a major metro stop. The place is a bit run down and inconvenient if you have mobility issues since there is no elevator, but the value is great! Breakfast is nice as well.

Saga was a great hotel! There were 3 of us and we got a room with 3 beds and a private bathroom. It was a great stay and great location. Short walk to the train station, Tivoli, and great restaurants. Really liked this place, would stay again!

Hotel overall was lovely. Everywhere was clean and staff were welcoming. Good location near the station too. The room walls were a little thin and our neighbours were a bit noisy. But some good ear plugs solved it. I would stay there again.

Lovely welcome and support from receptionist. The room was very hot and noisy - facing an inner cobble-stone courtyard with people wheeling containers throughout the night. Conveniently located close to the train station. They charge to store your luggage.

Very convenient location, 4 min walking to København H central station also to Tivoli garden. There are markets and nice dining options around. Room was clean and comfortable. There are common wc and shower at each section, it was always clean and didn’t need to wait in line. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can also leave your luggage in a locked room with a small fee (40 dkk at our visit). We can stay again, thank you.

The receptionist was a bit cold and not very helpful when giving directions or local recommendations. One thing I really didn't like was the luggage storage policy. If you arrive a few hours before check-in, they charge you for the entire day to store your bags. I arrived at 12:00 p.m.; my room wasn't available until the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, and I was still charged the full daily storage fee. That was the first time I've experienced that at a hotel, and I found it quite disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast is outstanding. It offers a wide variety of fresh, healthy, and delicious options, and everything is kept exceptionally clean throughout the dining area.

We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks

Not entirely the Hotels fault but my stay coincided with the 2 hottest days ever in Copenhagen and the hotel is not prepared for heat. My window faced the sun and thus my room temperature was really really hot with no way to cool it down. The rooms have tiny desk fans in them but those just blow hot air around the room. No amount of moving the fan to different places, closing windows and shades during the day, literally having my door partially open with the fan propped up to blow cool air in from the hallway, or any other method would help. Location is good, staff was friendly and everything but I can’t lie and say I enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes hauling suitcases up 6 flights of stairs very difficult. We booked and paid for 5 rooms only to find out that one of the rooms was a converted closet/storage room and was so tiny my son and his wife could only walk 2 feet into the room before hitting the bed. We paid for all rooms to be the same and we should not have paid for this room at all. Breakfast was very nice, replenished often and kept very clean and organized. The girl who looked after the breakfast room was very kind and helpful.
