Although we were advised long AFTER booking, that construction was happening, we overlooked that the entrance was impeded. All luggage, and for our cruise was six suitcases. A minor problem. Not many staff but enough to handle all requests excellently. Great hotel location across the street from Tivoli. The quality of the room was our issue. Small and somewhat shabby. Linens and towels were worn. Certainly less than what we expected from a highly rated hotel

Being ill when I stayed at the Radisson was a blessing. The staff helped in every way possible to accommodate me. They arranged for the doctor to come for a house call, sent a fruit platter and ginger ale to the room. They were so helpful in checking on me and providing anything I needed. I rate them a 20, not 10! Thank you so much for caring!
