I would high recommend coming here!!! The location of the hotel was perfect, right near transportation. The room was wonderful. And the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and friendly the days we saw him there. Everything made our experience great, if we ever plan on returning, my friend and I said we would immediately pick the same hotel!

The staff were cheerful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location with a restaurant. The food is great. The hotel is a bit whacky with beds not the most comfortable and no fridge for items, water pressure in the shower not good. Overall 8/10.

Central and convenient located, right next to metro. Small but efficient room with everything you need. Hotel is an older building but is well maintained and modernized, with AC in room. Did not try breakfast. The staff were all nice and helpful. They went above and beyond when I received a delivery after checkout.

The Hotel Alexandra is in a wonderful location for seeing some of the most iconic sites of Copenhagen, especially as we had only 24 hours. The decor is very pleasing, with its focus on mid-century Danish modern, that was all the rage when I was growing up. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. We were happy to have chosen breakfast in the restaurant. The setting is very appealing, the service was wonderful, the menu options excellent, and the food delicious.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good location. Mid-century modern decor is unique. Rooms are smallish even for European standard and reasonably clean. Breakfast is in the 012 Cafe which is a separate business with a doorway from the hotel - the restaurant is pricey but so is Copenhagen in general.

The location was good, close to city centre and public transport. Being an old hotel, one cannot expect too much. The small and slow elevator is part of it. One huge disappointment was that the floor in the room squeaks with every step!!! Another black mark was that the taxi had to drop us off on the side street across from the hotel, not pleasant to haul 3 pieces of luggage on narrow pavement!

Very central, about 10mins from the main station and near Tivoli, the shops and parks but was still quiet! Friendly staff. Lovely room with quirky furniture. Has a lift. Kept my luggage until I had to go for my train. Offers an honesty bar in the reception, so after a long days travel I was able to have a drink of wine in my room. Would definitely recommend

Room was clean and very nicely designed. In fact, it was done by a professional designer. Very comfortable and nicely designed lounging chair but table was not very functional. Toilet was cramped and basin was too small. Otherwise very helpful staff, friendly, complimentary wine was great and breakfast was superb!
