Lovely room, recently decorated and great sized bed. Very friendly staff were extremely helpful. Close to shopping area and within short walk of most attractions. We only had breakfast on the last morning. It was really nice but a tad expensive. We would stay here again.

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is just beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main attractions and the central train station. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and when we reported a slight issue with our bathroom door it was fixed the same day. My daughter and I both agreed that the bed was the most comfortable we had slept in during any of our hotel stays. A special mention must go to Lewis on reception who was a pleasure to talk to. I learnt much about Copenhagen during my conversation with him.

This hotel was immaculate and gorgeous. We loved our room which was cozy and decorated beautifully. The property amenities were excellent with a friendly and helpful staff as well as a delicious breakfast buffet. Our only complaint was that there was a bike rental fee. In other hotels where we have stayed, the property maintained a dozen or more bikes that were available first come first served to patrons at no cost. We missed that at Henrik’s. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. Upon mentioning it was cleaned but needed to remind every evening. It was brought to our attention on last night that we need to put sign daily to get room cleaned. Staff was very friendly especially Preeti to organize our dinner reservations.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was amazing - good quality bread, loved the fact there were ginger shots, fresh fruit, plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. Room was very comfortable, with quality bedding - many pillows!, thick towels, coffee machine, magnifying mirror and a brilliant hairdryer. However, although we really enjoyed our stay, I have to mention one issue we found. Our bathroom had a large, unfrosted window with just a thin net curtain, so if using with lights on, it was not private. I hope the hotel will consider a solution to this,

This hotel is absolutely lovely: our remodeled room was beautiful, the staff could not have been kinder, friendlier or more helpful, and breakfast was stunning! The location is very convenient and there are quite a few nice restaurants close by, as well as a Metro station. The only problem had nothing to do with the hotel itself but was nevertheless a frustration: across the street is an outdoor venue with loud rock music playing from about 4:00 pm to 8:00. It ends well before bedtime but if you wish to relax or nap before dinner, it’s an issue.

The hotel appears to have been renovated recently, and there was still some noticeable new construction material and paint smell during the stay. The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting on the toilet or taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially considering how expensive dining can be in Denmark. The hotel location is also outstanding, close to many major attractions and very convenient for sightseeing.

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.

I'm a regular in Copenhagen so I thought I'd give this new/newly refurbished hotel a try. It's in a great location for getting out & about in Copenhagen and the refurb is stylish, classy and understated. Breakfast was very Scandinavian, fresh and tasty. I know hotel rooms in Copenhagen tend to be on the small side and quite expensive but I was quite shocked by what can only be described as the broom cupboard I was allocated (room 007 - mr bond would not have been impressed!) The "view" was a semi building site and we had to request cleaning each day for the room when we returned from a long day out. Apparently you are required to hang a sign on the door - we did on day 1 with no luck so didn't on day 2 with the same result. Despite the hotel being in "opening mode" the rate was quite expensive and on reflection I think was poor value for money. I fear the above challenges are not simply teething problems for a newly opened hotel. I'll be returning to the beautiful city of Copenhagen many times in the future but sadly probably not to Henrik's.

Wifi: excellent. Breakfast: excellent with eggs, coffee, pastries, etc. One problem : an outside bar on the other side of the street was sometimes very very noisy. Horrible music could be heard loudly in our room (doors and windows closed). We were told that this bar has a license to make noise up to 21h but this was respected 50% of the time - sometimes the music would stop only late at night. The staff from the hotel is aware of this but their complaints had little effect.

Recent reno done beautifuly. Consider a room facing away from the street as the close music venue can be annoying but moves inside by evening so moderates the sound somewhat.
