This hotel was perfect stay for my trip. Very close from nyhavn area, so it was comfortable walking around/coming back at night time. If you need towel for sunbathing, you can just take the towel with you and exchange at the lobby. Will come back again!

Hotel had a very convenient location. Lots of food/drink options at the hotel itself and myriad more writhing a short walk. The staff was very helpful and the luggage storage allowed us to go from our overnight flights to stashing our bags and wandering the town for several hours until the room was available (which happened about an hour before the promised 4pm time). Regrettably only had one evening in Copenhagen but if returning, would love to stay again and spend several days exploring the beautiful neighborhood.

Great location! The street was pleasant and quiet in spite of being in the heart of the city; easy to walk to attractions in all directions. The lobby was cheerful. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was quite small, austere with black and grey decor, and no view. And after taking the elevator to the second floor, we had to drag our luggage up 9 stairs.

The gentleman manning the bar, didn’t catch his name was friendly and accommodating. The man at the front desk when we checked in was also friendly, helpful and very thorough when describing amenities offered. This place is quite the gem. Being just off the main drag of eateries and traffic, it is the perfect location. Lovely appointments, clean and good sized for a European room (as opposed to American sizes).
