We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The property was attractive, welcoming and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. We enjoyed the larger than usual bathroom including large bath tub. Breakfast was terrific.

The location was perfect! Great restaurants, shopping and site seeing within walking distance. Very centrally located. Room was nice and clean, hotel was beautiful. Very close to a metro station. Bikes were available but we didn’t use them.

Easy access to train station and places of interest; room was clean and quiet; bed was comfy and shower was great. Nice to have option of having the room cleaned. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even with a room right above the street and a beer garden across the street, everything was quiet at night (Tue- Sat stay).

Excellent stay: excellent location—quiet on a side street, compared to other nearby hotels, and walking distance to everything, room was also soundproofed and big, air conditioning was very useful due to warm days during our stay, very nice breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, free luggage storage.

Lovely little hotel. Ideally central and walkable to most places. My only gripe, hence the 4 stars, was the room backed onto a courtyard and there was lots of commotion with bins etc being moved early in the morning on both days we stayed.

Fantastic breakfast with a good range of food options. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. We had a clean and spacious room and comfortable bed. It was very quiet too. Unique style of decor which was very pleasing to the eye. Close to Metro stations, local amenities and attractions, restaurants and the town centre. Would definitely stay there again. An ideal base for exploring Copenhagen.

There are two issues on the first night ~ shower head needs a fix and pillows smells bad. We reported to the lobby manager and he said not much he can do. Then when we come back to the room at the end of first day out we were surprised to find that two issues are all fixed.

Great location for most activities. One concern is the nice shiny marble floors in the shower area. They were very slippery with no handholds. I slipped getting out of the shower and was lucky to catch myself. Need nonslip mats.

The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascot Hotel very much but were surprised that there wasn’t a bellman to assist with luggage when we arrived and we had a lot due to a long trip. We had to get a signature suite so that we had enough space to put our two large and two small pieces of luggage as there was not any drawers to put anything in. The closet didn’t have much room in it. The breakfast was generally good but the oatmeal was runny. Maintenance-wise, the carpet up to breakfast is very dirty and the left chair by the elevator is also very dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. There are many dining places close by.

The hotel was gorgeous and the perfect location close to Copenhagen Central station. The room was so nice and spacious. Downsides were that it was a very hot week and rooms weren’t the coolest. Also beware the bathroom doors are see through which is slightly off putting!
